My wife and I were introduced to Nora by chance over a year ago while looking for real estate in Missoula throught an online reference. We had been dealing with several agents at the time and had not had much luck in finding one we liked. We were also looking in Bozeman, MT, Victor and Sand Point, ID. This changed once we met and began to feel comfortable with Nora, which was not hard to do.
Our criteria for properties were quite specific, we were looking for investment real estate that met a certain profile. Once Nora understood this, she never bothered us with properties she knew we would not be interested in. She was always responsive, efficient and thorough in any request we sent her. My story starts in Murfressboro TN. My wife and I had just adopted 4 teenage children from the Tennessee foster care system. My job was about to end and we had decided to try to move home, as we both are originally from Missoula, Montana. One day while I was our surfing the internet looking for a Missoula realtor, I came across Nora Templer, of the RE/MAX ofice and I initiated contact. Within a couple of hours, Nora contacted me on my cell phone and I instantly felt very comfortable working with her. I explained that it was "only" my dream at this time to move home, but I wanted to start to look. I instantly started getting MLS listings emailed to me. As she was having problems with her pc and took it into a computer store, the owner mentioned he was in need of more technicians, so she immediately called me and explained that the owner was waiting for me to call him. To make a long story short, as a direct result from Nora, I was able to secure a job before I even left Tennessee. Upon our arrival home to Missoula, Nora had several listings for us to look at.
Nora is a very friendly personable person. Not only has she impacted our lives by finding us our home but she is also directly responsible for my employment, which has directly resulted in my wife's employment. I, from day one, felt very secure in dealing with her and more than comfortable with her suggestions and helping hand. Between my and wife and myself, we went out to our new home several times before signing papers and Nora never had any problem meeting us there. I personally caryy her cards, so I can refer her to anyone who I hear might be looking to purchase. We feel because of the care and special attention given to us, we not only bought a house, but we bought a home for our new family. We also feel that, not only did we get a chance to meet a fantastic, compassionate and caring realtor, but also a very community orentated person, who has become a very dear friend.
